Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Keeep ("the Service"), accessed through our Telegram bot @KeeepItBot or website keeepit.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keeep is an AI-powered home inventory and selling assistant that helps users catalog items, estimate prices, and generate marketplace listings. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.

3. User Accounts

Access is through your Telegram account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Keeep to:

List illegal items including drugs, weapons, firearms, or ammunition
List counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent goods
Upload pornographic, sexually explicit, or abusive content
Violate any applicable laws or marketplace terms of service
Attempt to circumvent content moderation or usage limits
Use the Service for spam, scams, or deceptive practices

We use AI-powered content moderation to detect prohibited items. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

Keeep offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Telegram Payments (powered by Stripe). Prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK).

Upgrades take effect immediately with access to higher limits.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you exceed your plan's item limit after downgrading, existing items become read-only. No items are ever deleted without your explicit consent.

6. Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly recognition or listing quota. After 14 days or above 10% usage, no refunds are issued.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant Keeep a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (AI recognition, listing generation, storage). We do not use your content for any other purpose.

8. AI-Generated Content

Listings and descriptions generated by AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing on any marketplace. Keeep is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated prices, descriptions, or categorizations.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored on secure EU-based servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, and your rights under GDPR.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

Keeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or marketplace transaction disputes.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination:

You will be notified via Telegram
You have 30 days to export your data
After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
